Practical details:

  • This is an in-person and non-residential retreat in Northern Scotland.
  • Please bring with you a packed lunch for both days and any snacks you may need. 
  • Teas/ drinks will be provided, but you may wish to bring your own flask/ water bottle. 
  • Also please bring your yoga mat, cushion and blanket.  
  • We're hoping to do some yoga outside (if the weather is good) as well as a walk in the local area, so please bring walking shoes and possibly some sun screen/ midge repellant
