This retreat delivers a transformative experience that integrates nature connectedness through forest bathing, meditation, walking, and yoga amidst the breathtaking landscapes of Snowdonia.


Mornings feature transformational Dru Yoga and Meditation sessions taught by our teacher trainers, designed to help you discover your inner strength and connect with your soul. Each afternoon includes a guided walk (approximately 3 hours) with forest bathing, meditation and yoga in the stunning Eryri - Snowdonia National Park.


What’s included:

  • 6 x profound 75-minute workshops on Dru Yoga and meditation, including a sustainable plan to implement them in your daily life. Tutors are senior yoga and meditation teacher trainers with on average 30 years of teaching experience. Sessions may be taught outdoors weather permitting.
  • 2 x 4-hour walks with wild yoga, mindful walking and forest bathing in the spectacular surroundings of Eryri - Snowdonia National Park. Walks are guided by highly experienced leaders who will bring their knowledge of nature, birdwatching, geography, and Welsh language and culture into your walking sessions.
  • Video recordings of the indoor yoga and meditation sessions are included free of charge
  • Delicious vegetarian and plant-based meals cooked with love by our chefs. Lunch is a delicious spread of nourishing hot dishes, and supper includes a hearty soul, crusty bread and cheese and a substantial dessert - including homemade cake or fruit crumble and custard.
  • Free short personal session with one of the tutors to create your home programme
