April 3-Day Spiritual Retreat: Wild Walking, Yoga and Forest Bathing in Eryri

53.1556022

In a world where we often experience a sense of separation from nature and our inner selves, especially over the long winter months, this retreat is designed to re-awaken our connection with nature and our inner selves.

This nature-based retreat invites you to escape the hustle of everyday life, offering a sanctuary to tune into the gentle whispers of your inner self, attain clarity, and forge a profound connection with the natural world and like-minded individuals.

Nature offers remarkable healing benefits, as recent research indicates positive associations with well-being, positive emotions, and kindness. Natural environments are believed to positively impact the amygdala, the part of our brain responsible for processing emotions. Nature connectedness is however distinct from mere time spent in nature; it pertains to our relationship with the natural world. We’ll be learning to connect deeply with nature through this experience.

This retreat delivers a transformative experience that integrates nature connectedness through forest bathing, meditation, walking, and yoga amidst the breathtaking landscapes of Snowdonia. Mornings feature invigorating Dru Yoga and Meditation sessions designed to empower, relax, and connect with your soul. Each afternoon includes a guided walk (approximately 3 hours) with meditation and yoga in the stunning Eryri - Snowdonia National Park.
