Midlands Holi Kirtan and Sound Bath

Celebrate Holi with kirtan and a nurturing sound bath. Join the Dru Midlands team for a cosy gathering of sacred sound, chanting, and deep relaxation. We will honour the sacred festival of spring, which is known as Holi in India, and will also pay reverence to the special energies of Easter. Jane will be playing her deeply relaxing crystal bowls to help you get into a beautiful, meditative place.

We will start at 19.00 with kirtan to connect us to the energy of Holi, and mantras that honour holy week. Then you'll be able to relax and enjoy the sacred sounds of the bowls to help you deeply rest and let go of pain and insomnia. We will complete the evening with delicious plant-based chai and Indian snacks.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, eye mask and anything that will help you keep warm and cosy.

The venue is the historic home of Dru in the heart of England.
