Join us for our brand new two-part online Calm & Relax Coach course.

Part 1: Nourishing Your Well-being

(Live 3 March, supported by pre-recorded sessions in the following week)

In this initial phase, we guide you through a comprehensive approach to managing life's complexities. Tailored techniques and processes are crafted to not only calm the nervous system but also ignite the body's innate healing capacities.

Explore Fundamental Questions

  • How do you navigate stress, overwhelm, fear, and worry? What strategies can be employed to transform anger, frustration, self-condemnation, and disempowerment?
  • In what ways can fatigue, aches, pains, insomnia, and burnout be alleviated?
  • Enhance brain function and mental acuity.

Tools and Skills for Transformation including:

1. Relaxation techniques

  • Learn a diverse array of relaxation methods tailored to different needs.
  • Understand the central nervous system and how to activate the parasympathetic relaxation response.
  • Explore short sessions for stress management, incorporating both chair and floor-based options.
  • Utilise relaxation as a healing tool for conditions like insomnia, overwhelm, worry, and fear.
  • Balancing the right and left hemispheres, and navigating beta, alpha, theta, and delta states.

2. Central Nervous System Movement Enhancement Programme

  • Introduce specifically designed movements to nourish and relax the spine, promoting immune system health.
  • Adapt movements to individual abilities.

3. Calm Breath Series

  • Explore a series of breath techniques targeting the central nervous system to calm both mind and body.
  • Release unwanted emotions such as anger, fear, and resentment.

4. Spa Zone for Better Sleep

  • Understand the importance of sleep for the central nervous system and immune system.
  • Learn techniques to facilitate better sleep and manage disruptions.

5. Calm and Relax Emotions

  • Discover proven practices, including mudras and 'figure 8 healing' techniques, to release unwanted emotions and gain perspective on past events affecting well-being.

6. Calm and Relax Lifestyle Reflections

  • Implement a 10-point plan to adapt your lifestyle for a calmer, more relaxed experience, covering areas such as diet, nutrition, daily routines, and connection with nature.

7. Mudras - specific hand gestures

  • We will show you how to work with hand yoga to enhance your energy levels and calm your system in seconds.

Part 2: Become a Certified Calm and Relax Coach

(Live 9 & 10 March including a case study evaluation)

Elevate your skill set with our Calm and Relax Coach certification. Whether you're a yoga or meditation teacher, health or life coach, this certification equips you with specialised tools to deeply heal, relax, and calm individuals or groups.

Apply Your Certification: As a Calm and Relax Coach, you can integrate these skills into:

  • Yoga and meditation classes, offering a profound healing experience.
  • Personal mentoring and coaching sessions.
  • Care homes and nursing homes, enhancing the well-being of the elderly.
  • Schools and youth clubs, aiding young individuals in relaxation and self-ease.
  • Women's health—menopause, pregnancy, pre and post-natal support.
  • Workplace health initiatives, promoting work-life balance, productivity, and stress management

This course will provide 12 CPD points upon completion of the full course.

3 CPD for stage 1.

Course Format.

1. Introduction and Orientation Live Session: Sunday, March 3rd 11-12pm (UK)

  • Our journey begins with an engaging introductory session on the morning of Sunday, March 3rd. This initial gathering provides a wonderful opportunity for everyone to meet, fostering a sense of community. During this session, we'll elucidate the upcoming program and address any queries you might have. Your questions are not only welcome but encouraged, as we strive to ensure clarity for all participants.

2. Flexible Learning Week: March 4th - March 8th - to follow pre-recorded sessions which will follow an outline as per the below:

  • Morning movement will be between - 10-15 mins
  • During the day, practices that can be done at any time of the day - 1-3 mins
  • Evening relaxations or meditations - 10- 20 mins
  • Before sleep - Personal self enquiry & reflections - 5-10 mins

3. Friday 8th March - Live session 6.30-7.30pm (UK)

  • This self-paced learning phase culminates on the evening of Friday, March 8th, where once again, we'll be available to address any inquiries and provide guidance for the journey ahead

Advanced Training Weekend: March 9th - March 10th

For those eager to delve deeper into the role of a Calm & Relax Coach, we offer an extended training session over the weekend of March 9th and 10th. During this immersive experience, we'll delve into the intricacies of applying your newfound knowledge to diverse situations—ranging from managing stress and insomnia to navigating shifts in mood.

This extended weekend is tailored for those who aspire to refine their coaching skills and make a meaningful impact. We look forward to exploring the finer aspects of utilising this valuable information to support others effectively.

The assessment will include case study scenarios to review over the weekend and in the afternoon on Sunday we will do group work to explore the answers that participants have identified.

Saturday 9th - 10am - 1pm Live zoom

Sunday 10th 10 - 1pm and 3 - 5pm Live zoom  (extra time for assessments)
